21 different historical and contemporary styles (their historical origins, how to create them, color and texture palettes, types of furniture, lighting styles and types, fabric selections, curtain types and decisions, target audience, feelings they evoke, suitable spaces).
Hands-on learning during the production phase in Istanbul's resin-scented workshops: carpentry shops, upholstery workshops, metalworkers, and lamp manufacturers, where students get immersed in dust, dirt, and rust.
Using an "on-the-job training" system, we learn various decoration application techniques directly on-site through hands-on experience.
Participants in Decor Net's programs will have the opportunity for unpaid internships at industry organizations with which our institution has connections.
At the end of the internship, candidates who prove themselves may have the chance to continue working in paid positions.
Those who reach a sufficient level may even have the opportunity to work under the Decor Net Interiors brand.
Meeting Decor Net Academy came at a time when I was completing my 12th year in my profession, just when I felt I could develop my skills even further. Although I’ve always had a passion for interior design as an architect, unfortunately, we didn’t receive the kind of education that would guide us in that direction during my school years. At that moment, dear Ayşegül Hocam stepped in, sharing her vast knowledge and vision with a dedication that captivated us all. She became a warm sister at times, a close friend at others, and most often an impeccable teacher who gifted us with an incredibly productive four months.

Dear Decor Net Family and precious Ayşegül Hocam, I first met your family exactly one year ago, at the start of the pandemic, and was perhaps one of the most hesitant students to start. As I began with the online Laura class, I had concerns about how interior design could be effectively taught remotely. But now, after four incredibly fulfilling months with my dear classmates and Ayşegül Hocam’s mentorship, I have gained knowledge, experience, technical skills, and priceless friendships that surpass what years at university could offer. Though we’re separated by miles, we’ve created connections that feel as close as a heartbeat. My interest in interior design had grown over the years—I was always happy to help with decorating projects for friends and family. So, at 40, I embarked on this journey with Decor Net, partly to expand my knowledge and perhaps even make a professional shift. I can now see my perspective and technical skills evolving profoundly in a short period. Ayşegül Hocam has an almost magical ability to bring out each student’s hidden talents, boosting confidence and making us feel we’re capable of anything. Her brilliant teaching approach simplifies even the most complex topics, allowing us all to grasp them with ease. This experience has taught me that there are no “talented” students; rather, talent flows naturally when taught by someone as passionate and experienced as Ayşegül. I am immensely grateful for how she brought us back to the excitement of university days, filling our hearts with joy, the thrill of learning, and even the rush of meeting deadlines. They say everything happens in its own time, when the moment is right... That’s exactly what my Decor Net education turned out to be—one of the new beginnings I'd been waiting for. Throughout the training, I felt the peace, excitement, and joy of being in the right place at the right time. At the end of a full three months, which flew by before I even realized, I can honestly say that my perspective on interior architecture has completely transformed. As a newly graduated architect, I gained an incredible amount of knowledge from Ayşegül and her extensive experience and expertise in the field. From theoretical lessons to hands-on workshop visits, every step of the journey was both enjoyable and educational for me. I wholeheartedly recommend this course to anyone with an interest in interior design and decoration. I graduated from the Interior Architecture program at Esenyurt University in 2018, and in 2020 from the Real Estate and Property Management program at Anadolu University. Combining the theoretical knowledge I gained in school with my enthusiasm, I began to put it into practice. Yet, I constantly felt a desire to learn more, and I knew I needed a mentor whose professional expertise and experience I could trust. That’s when I discovered Decor Net Academy. Under the supervision of Ayşegül, I gained invaluable insights over 3.5 months—knowledge I couldn’t have acquired anywhere else. Through the network she provided and her feedback, I learned to view things from multiple perspectives and approach design holistically. Decor Net Academy served as my "third university," in a sense. I also want to acknowledge the warmth and effort of Mine, who contributed immensely to the experience; the love she put into her cooking, combined with Ayşegül’s passion for teaching, created a cozy family atmosphere. This is a must-visit program for anyone interested in design, who is innovative and eager for self-improvement. I am deeply grateful to Ayşegül for everything she taught me and for the opportunity to continue seeking her guidance even after the course. Now, it's time to make my mark on exciting new projects.
